Wavy started its journey rooted in hands-on experience gained from operating a retail kidswear store in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. As the owner, Sagar Balani, who comes from a proud Sindhi family deeply established in Raigarh, observed and listened carefully to what kids and parents truly needed in everyday children’s wear.

Through this close interaction with customers, it became clear that there was a gap in the market—comfortable, stylish, and durable pants designed specifically for active kids were hard to find. Instead of settling for what was available, Sagar and his team decided to create something new and focused.
